World Student Games: history, modernity and development trends — I International Scientific and Practical Conference on Physical Education, Sports and Tourism which will be held on 16-17 September 2022 in Krasnoyarsk at Siberian Federal University. The conference may be attended personally at the venue, remotely or in a mixed format.

On 14-16 September 2022, the 9th International Siberian Historical Forum will be held in SibFU Congress Hall. This year it will be devoted to the historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of Siberia and the Far East, and the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Yenisey Province. The entrance for the students and teaching staff is free.

From the 11th to the 23th of July 2022 the Institute of Philology and Language Communication of Siberian Federal University, will organize the annual Russian Language Summer School for foreign students. It will be held online for the third time (full-time and live participation with accommodation in comfortable SibFU dormitories and interesting excursions is also possible with a full-time group).

In 2022, more than 650 students from 9 countries will be able to gain new knowledge and meet their peers on the platforms of 14 domestic universities.

From July 10 to 30, 2022, the Laboratory for Documentary Filmmakers will be held at SibFU.

Summer School will bring together a professional group of scientists and practitioners having an experience in. the technosphere. School participants will be involved in the process of discussing global trends of the changing world environment and increasing penetration of risk management into all areas of life.

From May to November 2022, the School of Gastronomy, SibFU, will be hosting a popular science festival — The History of the Yenisey Province in Tastes. This festival is to promote the historical and gastronomic heritage of the Yenisey Province and local history gastroliteracy among the youth and invites pupils, applicants and students to take part.

On 27 May 2022, Siberian Federal University will hold a youth platform #ЩИТ_Антитеррора (Shield of Counterterrorism). The work of the platform will take place within the framework of the XVI All-Russian specialized forum on Modern Security Systems — Counterterrorism.

On 25 May 2022, Prof. Rumiantsev will hold his traditional press conference with students at the Siberian Federal University.

On 22 May 2022, SibFU will host a Sports Day. We invite students and university staff to become participants and spectators of a program saturated with various activities — from passing the “Ready for Labour and Defence” standards to an adventure game and many others.
